Delivery and Returns
MedicalStores uses Australia Post as its primary delivery mechanism. This ensures that your goods can be tracked and you can receive notification of delivery times. You can nominate to use your own courier pickup. Please be advised the pick up address is listed on the Invoice that you will receive via email.
Medicalstore.com.au accepts returns of unopened merchandise returned in its original re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. If an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Due to health and safety concerns, MedicalStore Inc cannot accept returns of used items.
Urocare's General Limited Warranty is effective for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase by the end user provided that the product is used in a manner consistent with intended purpose, the product has not reached it's expiry date where applicable and that it is properly stored and maintained in the original packaging until placed into service. Urocare provides no other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the products it sells and all such warranties are expressly excluded.
Please note: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, not the date the products are placed into service/used.
How to Return an Item
Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. MedicalStore is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by standard Australia Post may not be able to be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. MedicalStore cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
