Delivery and Returns
Medical Store uses Australia Post as its primary delivery mechanism. This ensures that your goods can be tracked and you are able to receive notification of delivery times. You can nominate to use your own courier for collection, if you prefer. Please call (03) 9989 2253 or email [email protected], to arrange a collection time, to ensure your order is ready and that someone is available to assist.
We have a 14 day return policy. This is 14 days from receipt of goods.
Medical Store accepts returns of unopened, unused products, returned in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.
Medical Store cannot accept returns of used or opened items, due to health and safety requirements.
If 14 days has passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
We do not offer exchanges on items that are specifically ordered at your request.
If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
Returns are at the purchasers expense unless otherwise agreed upon. Please be advised that packages sent by standard Australia Post may not be able to be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured.
Medical Store cannot provide credit, until we have received the returned item and approved it's condition.
